One Child One Light
Phase 2 of light2give pilot project will be much more robust and involve many more teachers and students. During Phase 2 of this project we have partnered with an amazing NGO based in India called "One Child One Light"
One Child One Light (OCOL) is an initiative that aims at providing school children with an affordable study light that’s clean, bright, eco-friendly, safe, efficient and gives them an opportunity to transform their lives for a brighter and better future.

Dr. Ranga leads the team at One Child One Light. I reached out to Dr. Ranaga and explained my vision for the light2give project and he was immediately impressed with the project. Dr. Ranga and and his team have an existing selection of solar lanterns they have developed. However, the light2give project required a new type of solar lantern kit. That's when Dr. Ranga offered to design, test, and manufacture a solar lantern kit that would be ideal for the light2give project.
It is a true joy working with Dr. Ranga and his team. Their desire to bring light into the world (both physically and metaphorically) is an inspiration.
